Financial Advisory Lead
With over 17 years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, investment management, and financial research, our Senior Investment Expert brings deep expertise to EmeXea’s financial advisory services. Having built a robust network of investors, including fund managers across East and West Africa, he has successfully led capital‑raising initiatives, restructuring transactions, and investment readiness activities.
His career includes key roles such as Corporate Finance and Financial Research at a leading investment bank, Head of Financial Research and Advisory at a prominent African advisory firm, Senior Associate in Investment Banking, and Investment Manager at a private equity/venture capital firm.
He has also contributed to programs supported by major development agencies like USAID, GAIN, FCDO, The Rockefeller Foundation, and The World Bank, delivering impactful financial solutions across multiple African countries.
HR Advisory Lead
With over 16 years of experience in strategic and operational HR, business development, and banking, she has worked in corporate institutions, international NGOs, and social enterprises across East and Southern Africa.
Her expertise covers the full HR spectrum: strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, leadership development, organizational culture, and succession planning. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration (Finance), a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, and certification as a Trainer of Trainers. Known for her warm personality and passion for people development, she connects with individuals at all levels, fostering transformative growth and aligning talent with organizational goals.
